Local oni tanuki! My main interests are in mythology and agriculture, lover of symbolism and ideas and picking them apart in media. I'm also fairly versed in occult history! When it comes to media I tend to like things light and fun but I'm not necessarily opposed to intense themes. Wow I look like a weeb from all my favorites, I promise I like a healthy range of media I just have the strongest opinions about japanese indie games.

Fun facts:
- the most recent touhou game as of editing this bio, the 19th installment, is the first mainline game that can't run on windows vista?
-the original version of We Love Katamari (2006, US edition) translates kitsune udon as "noodles with kitsune", which makes me wonder what they thought needed translating at the time
-I've made a lot of furry characters over the years but only one sona!

Fursona:
-Wick is a tanuki shaped oni with a real shadow the hedgehog complex. Hangs out in abandoned buildings and cracks jokes but growls at the first lick of danger to one of their friends. They're a shapeshifter and just choose to look vaguely like a tanuki, the only things their different forms tend to have in common are the boar's eye eyebrows and lots of sharp teeth.
