This is problem why i can't upload anything, i'll tell you guys why...

Because of file read-only mode. File uploading and deleting has been disabled. and somehow i'm still so bored, that's why i'm trying agian soon that i thought that it says Please try again later. and this is why i'm so bored

although that my friends are so bored too... plus, File Read-Only mode is the document can be read or copied but not modified. so it also means the site is operating with limited functionality, specifically preventing users from uploading new content like art, avatars, or profile banners. i hope upload will be back soon anyway.
