By commissioning me you acknowledge and agree to the following terms of service.

● I retain full rights to my artwork. Full rights entail the right to use, publish, repost
and alter the artwork as I wish.

● The artwork may not be used for commercial purposes without my written
permission.

● Payments are made when the sketch has been approved by the client.

● Payments are for the time being made exclusively through PayPal in euros only.

● I do not give refunds after the commission has been completed.

● The client gets a full refund if:

I cancel the commission for personal reasons.

They cancel the commission before I started working.

Otherwise, the client gets refunded the full amount minus the costs for time spent.

● If the client suddenly cuts communication before the payment has gone through, I
have the right to use the sketch for any other purposes.

● During the sketching phase, the client can ask for major adjustments to the
commission with no additional charge. After the sketching phase, I’m always willing
to make minor adjustments to the finished piece. There is a limit however and I have
to right to stop working when that limit has been reached.

● I try my best to finish accepted commissions within two months. Commissions may take longer
because of complexity or subject.

● I will send progress pictures to the client. They are also welcome to ask for progress
pictures at any time, within reason, during the making of the piece.

● If the client only has a detailed description of a character, with no visual references,
it will have an extra cost of €25
