A dragon who is hot only need to rest, there by slowing the blood down which cool it off, or if cold, become active to generate more heat."

I should also mention that the winged dragons have another benfits to keep cool. Much like the desert jackrabbit, their wings act like the ears of a rabbit, the circlating blood cooling off by the time it reach the veins of the wing and when it pump it way back into the body the blood is cool off considerablly. This is why dragon in tropical enviroment are common to see in flight."

*Common traits of Dragon is they have heavly wrinkle skin, it only their scales that make them look smooth as they over lap. In order for a Dragon thick scales to move about without causing a Dragon trouble in movement, the skin is bunch up, so when a dragon move, the skin stretch and cause the scale to only move slightly. In this way, the scales do not expose a weak point in the Dragons scales and it allow the dragon to move with ease while still shattering normal swords that aim to break through the Dragon living armor.
