An ancient contract found in the king's archives (G)

Adventurer,
You are to venture through the ancient vulpine folk settlements to locate a specific relic for me.
This relic is thought to be capable of bringing great prosperity to the nation and goes by the name of 'Arcaus' in the fossil like tablets the court mages have been researching.
It is unknown where this artifact was held, only that it was revered by the vulpine folk and though to bring immortality to a nation.
It is described as being a mask the leader would wear in some sort of ritual to bring prosperity. Judging by the fact vulpine folk wore this mask, it most likely resembles the facial structure of a vulpine.
You are to locate the mask 'Arcaus' and bring it before me and the court mages before summers end. Otherwise this task will be handed off to a more capable adventurer.
Two of my court mages, 'Zarius' and 'Nerath', will accompany you to ensure the relics safety and that it is handled with care and is not misused.
May you swiftly aid your nation and its king.
