Terms of Service Agreement

Disclaimers:

- By commissioning or buying a product from me you automatically agree to all the rules, disclaimers or otherwise stated on this page.
I have the right to refuse a commission request for any reason.

- By commissioning or buying a product from me you automatically agree you are at least 18 years of age or older.

- I have the right to use the artwork commissioned as examples and for general monetary purposes. I do not own the rights to your character however; simply the piece I drew.(This just means I may use it as an example, or for my viewers, well, viewing pleasure.)

- Once an art piece has been sent in full res to you, make sure all art credit is given where credit is due. You can do with it as you wish otherwise.
Refunds are included in the terms below, but have a further explanation if you scroll to find the “Refunds” header.

- I can send you a full resolution .psd file through discord when requested, however, my layers will never be included. It will be a single layer so you have access to the full resolution.

General T.O.S:

- You must be 18+ to order a commission from me.

- I won’t sell to new accounts.

- Payment will always be through Paypal. I will create an invoice and send it to you via paypal, you are required to send over promised payment within 48 hours after I have sent this to you.

- Payment will be in USD only.

- Once you have commissioned me, please do keep in mind I either have other commissions to do, real life responsibilities to deal with, I am taking a break so I don’t get art-block or burnt out, or am otherwise busy. I cannot always answer immediately, nor will commissions always be done immediately.
With this in mind, once I have accepted your commission and it has been paid for, please allow me at least a week before asking for a progress update or sending over a reminder message. My commissions can take anywhere from a few days, to a few weeks. My general time I give customers is 2-12 weeks of a wait time, this means while the commission might be done and sent to you in a matter of days, it could also take me up to three months to fully complete your order. In this time I will go out of my way to make it a priority for myself to give you updates, progress shots and overall making sure you’re updated on what’s going on; this is because I take full payment upfront and I want to give you the same respect I am expecting goes to me.
You are always free to poke me for an update or just to hear how your commission is going, but please be patient as making your commission perfect to the best of my ability can take time.

- Once an art piece is half-way completed(Which will depend on the type of product you ordered or bought/purchased.) a refund is no longer applicable. I have spent both time and effort, as well as reserved or given you ownership to the piece you bought, as such I will no longer refund.

- As a continuation to the previous rule, refunds are not applicable on adoptable, pre-made or pre-claimed art pieces as the work you have bought is already finished. If payment has not been accepted however, you are allowed to back-out.

- A further statement to the two rules above; do not bid or purchase with money you don’t have. Do not post asking for a product and then back-out, think carefully. If I notice you back-out or often do not send requested payment you will be black-listed.

- Once a product has been bought, you own the rights to the piece and as such you can do with what you like. However, the art you have purchased from me is for personal use only and may not be altered or used for profit without my permission.

- 100% of payment is to be sent before I send the full, unwatermarked product. Preferably, 100% of payment is sent in the beginning.
When it comes to progress shots and general revisions, I have a few rules about that in itself:
A) Of course I appreciate any feedback or comments that you wish to give, it’s your order after all I’m going to hope it’s something you’re completely happy with once I’m done; so please do give me feedback and let me know what’s something you’d want fixed or changed while I’m in the WIP stage! Using reference or drawing overtop of what I sent you to give me an example are a great way of helping.

B) Small changes to the sketch are free, generally these will be requests that I can fix in under ~15 minutes. As such I ask that you are reasonable with your requests, anything that takes me longer than an hour will cost extra; eg. redoing the entire sketch. ($15/hr)

C) After I’ve finished the product, you have two days to give me any final comments or feedback, however at this point any changes/fixes/revisions will cost extra. This extra depends on the complexity of the change requested.

Refunds:

- When it comes to refunds, you may request one if you feel the need. However, keep these rules in mind as I won’t go back on them:

- If I have not started to work on your product, you are entitled to a full refund if requested.

- Once I have started on the sketch phase, you are entitled to receive a 50% refund.

- The window for refunds closes after I have lined your product. After this has started you may no longer get a refund. This window also closes if I have started and/or finished the background even if lines for the character are not finished.

- If it was not a commission(This includes adoptables, pre-made pieces or anything within that category):
A) Once the payment has been accepted you may not request a refund for the product bought.

B) If you decide to back-out of the payment, please state so both on the original post so others are aware(As well as delete said post/comment) and do not send or cancel the payment sent.

What I Will and Will Not Do:

Will:
- NSFW or SFW
- Vore(Oral, Anal, Cock, Unbirth.)
- Inflation/Stuffing/Weight Gain
- Bondage/BDSM
- Pregnancy/Impregnation(Oviposition included.)
- Tentacles/Slime/Etc.
- Furries/Monsters/Creatures
- Adult Characters(Those that look like adults.)
- Ref Sheets
- Willing/Consensual Scenes(Sexual and Non-Sexual.)
- Feel free to ask if you’re unsure!

Will Not:
- Underage Characters in NSFW, “Unsafe”, or Uncomfortable situations(This includes “adults” that appear underage. I don’t care if it’s supposed to be a billion - years old, it still looks like a child. No.)
- Age up underage characters just to draw them in said situations explained above. Still no. Makes me uncomfortable, don’t ask.
- Age-Play.
- Diapers.
- Hard-Vore.
- Fatal Digestion(Only if implied or it’s fine if I don’t have to draw the outcome/insides of the individual(s).)
- Popping(Inflation/Stuffing/Weight Gain/Vore wise.)
- Guro(Specifically erotic gore.)
- Scat.
- Feral/Non-Morphic(Unless SFW)
