Introduction

The "Bunny Ears Cactus Sheep", or short "Bunshee", is a species based on the Pokémon's "Maractus" and "Wooloo" (or just a sheep).
But why "Bunny Ears"? Well, Maractus is propably based on the "Opuntia microdasys", which is a cactus that's jokingly called "bunny ears cactus" because of it's shape.
I had the idea on the 19th of February 2020 while creating my new fursona. I wanted to create a uniqe fursona, and came across the idea mixing my favorite pokemon with a sheep.

Basic Specifications

In the following list, you can find the basic specifications of this species.

Ears
Default: Hanging, long bunny ears
The ears can have any shape and size
Snout
Default: Based on a big cat snout (like from an snow leopard).
Not variable
Nose
Default: Sheep shaped nose
Can be big cat like (for example like snow leopard)
Fangs
Default: Normal fangs (one on each side)
Can be one middle one (bunny orientated)
Chest floof
It's likely for a Bunshee to have chest floof, however, it's not required
Tail
Default: Sheep or Bunny tail
It can have any shape and size
Paws
Default: Normal paws (with claws) or hooves
They can have any shape and size

Ears
The ears need to have a "wreath" like Maractus has around it's ears.
Flower
Because a Bunshee is half cactus, from 19th of February to the 18th of May a flower blooms on the head. It can be placed anywhere on the head.
Horns
If a Bunshee has horns, for males they have to be in a straight or slightly curved form, for females in a curved form. Bunshee's with no fixed gender, transgender or for example futa have their prefered horn type. All horn can be short or long and any color.
Scar
All Bunshee's have a scar in the shape of a sting from Maractus. It has to be in the same color and shape. It has to be placed somewhere on the body.
Yellow Strand Of Fur
Somewhere on the body have to be a few yellow strands in the fur, like on the ear or maybe in the chest floof.

Special Abilities

Because Bunshee's are half cactus, they have special abilities. Two of them are required, the other ones are optional.

Blooming Flower (Required)
Like mentioned earlier, a Bunshee has a flower that blooms from the 19th of February to the 18th of May.
Pokémons Call (Required)
If a Bunshee hears the call of the Pokémon Maractus, it feels a good familiar feeling. It also uses it to locate other Bunshee's or for mating purposes.
Growing Spikes
If a Bunshee is in danger or feels anger, it can grow spikes out of it's body. If the situation is over, they just fall out.
Heat-Resistant
Because of being half cactus, a Bunshee can be in much heat without a negative effect for a longer time.
Water-Tank
Because of being half cactus, a Bunshee can save some water in its body.
Photosynthesis
Because of being half cactus, a Bunshee can photosynthesise in direct sunlight. If you stand near it, you can smell some fresh air.
