I've usually been heavily referencing or just morphing reference images into an idea of my own. But then I tried drawing freehand. It looks so bad. I'm trying to accept it so the quality of my art might be worse than previously but hopefully you'd be up to see my progress still.

I'm trying to be able to do some sort of hard work, I don't want to set too much expectation so I might put a deadline on my art. There'll be some catching up to do, I acknowledge that I won't be able to do this consistently so I'm trying to make some rules for myself in the future

I'll try to commit to daily art for this year, I'll label each one in a similar format "DAY X - Caption", and if I missed a day, I'll do maybe two art for a day and add (CATCHUP) on it. Either that or I did it early and post that later in the next day.
