Someone should let the FA staff know they need to speak with a lawyer about how to phrase their rules.

Minors are defined as real or fictional humanoids, animals, or fantasy creatures with a childlike body, the consciousness of a child, or younger than 18 years of age.

Emphasis mine. All animals under 18 years of age are, by a literal reading of the rule, disallowed from Mature and Adult rated artwork. What did I tell you? The 'or' in that sentence carries a lot, but it does define age as a singular reason to ban artwork.
