“I try my best to make my clients happy but this does not mean that I share their affinities and what they like. I am an illustrator and this is my job, so please do not question me or judge my drawings. While many things have questionable morals, they are just drawings and nobody gets hurt in any way on their creation process. I worry about putting the corresponding tags so I do not disturb other users but if you don't like what I draw, you are much invited to block me. Any hate or anger comments will be removed and the user will be blocked. ”


• Client/Artist Treatment:
- Please, respect and kindness above all.
- Please, try not to write with slangs or urban dictionary for me to better understand what you are asking for. My mother tongue is Spanish and I have some English knowledge but I help myself with the Google translator if necessary.
- Be patient and respect my work schedule.
- I do NOT allow any kind of discrimination, phobia, violence or harassment towards any user. At any sight of these an attention call will be made and if the user persists in this behavior, it will be lead to blocking and my blacklist.
- In case of not feeling comfortable with the client for some reason, I will refuse to take the commission and I'll refund the payment.


• Payments:
- I only accept U.S. Dollars (Paypal/Kofi) .
100% of the payment will be done in advance before starting commission.
- I accept payment plans, if it is for high amounts. In this case, the commission will advance according to the payment made and the delivery of the drawing will be when the total payment of the work is made.


• Refunds:
- I do not give refunds. Unless, I do not feel comfortable with the commission / treatment with the client.


• Commission requests:
- Requests are only by note on the website.
- I will only accept visual references. In case of having only one description, an extra payment will be charged for the character design. This also counts as characters creation by me just for the picture.
- WIPs (up to 2) are sent only by note. (1- For the approval of the sketch. || 2- For the approval of colors, in case you have doubts about the design.)
- I do not accept the constant notes asking about the commission if it is within the stipulated time of delivery.


• References:
- I accept SFW and NSFW references. Characters’ age may vary between the reference and the commission upon customer request.
- I do not accept in any way photographic references of real minors in erotic poses or NSFW. WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS. The user will be blocked and placed on my Blacklist.


• Deliveries:

- Commissions are delivered in 4 weeks.
- The time may be extended in case of personal or health issues. Notifications about the reason for the delay will be given in private.


• Work Privacy:
- I accept both public and private commissions.
