Incidentially, ever wonder about that glove? Well, I'm a character and a GM at an RPG called Exodus Night (http://www.exodusnight.com ) and during one RP, someone threw a fireball and I intercepted it, resulting in burning, singing, and basically uglifying that hand. A cleric quickly came over and attempted to heal it, but my character has an unusual metabolism: He heals himself through poison, and any healing of any method on him actually worsens him, so it's basically a reverse of poison and healing. As a result, his hand got so crippled he didn't want anyone to see it, so he wore a glove to cover it up.
There, that's simple, right? ^^

Mom came home last night after dad was taken to the hospital, about 2 AM. Apparently he had passed away at home, when I was writing my previous journal entry.
