Greetings, visitors! I've been drawing animals on both 4 and 2 legs ever since I was in kindergarten, much to the distress of teachers and parents. I always had this strange self-image... I currently represent myself as what I call a tatzel cheetah, acinonyx vigilo, which is something like a smaller, shorter-legged, fluffier cheetah with long ears. :D Anyway, I spent years feeling like I was some sort of freak. Perhaps I am. But here's a place where I'm NOT a freak for drawing the things I like to draw. And I can feel free to draw self-portraits that have whiskers and paws!

I found this site by coming upon Flain's Anthropodcast on iTunes. I'd heard of furries and investigated them before but forgot about them when I heard all that negative info. But I'm vastly relieved to see that that is simply not the case.

I would love to hear more about anthro-artists, writers, and fans and hope to find a con to go to in the Midwest. I would love to meet you and speak with you! Heh, I've made myself positively giddy; excuse my exuberance.
