Chia-Pudding's Terms of Service
By bidding on one of my adoptables, you are agreeing to my Terms of Service!
Not reading my ToS does not make you exempt from my terms!

Bidding Rules
Only bid if you are able to afford the amount you offer.
Please respond directly to the previous bidder so that they will know they've been outbid.
Do not hide bids.
Backing out of bids will likely get you blacklisted!

NSFW Adopts
You must be 18+ to bid on any of my NSFW adopts. You may not give them to minors.

Alterations
I don't do alterations on designs unless it's specifically offered in the adopt listing.

You may edit your purchased adopt yourself so long as it remains recognizable as the original design. Just don't remove the signature. All adopts come as a .png file. Please note that I will never offer .psd files, as doing so is against the Terms of Use for most base creators.

Payment
Payment is taken via Paypal only.
Payment is made in USD via an invoice I send you.
The invoice must be paid within 48 hours of winning the adopt, or it will go to the next highest bidder. Message me if you're interested, but need more time (please do so before bidding!). We can work something out!
I don't take trades.

Refunds
Every sale is final. I don't accept refunds so be sure you're certain before placing your bid!

Reselling a Chia-Pudding Design
You may resell a design you purchased from me, but it must be for the same price or less than what you purchased it for, never more.

Trading a Chia-Pudding Design
You may trade a design you have purchased from me with others.

Usage Rights
My adopts are for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may, of course, commission more artwork of the adopt for personal use.
You may repost the purchased artwork on your personal sites (FA, Twitter, etc).
When reposting the purchased artwork, you must credit Chia-Pudding for the adopt design as well as the creator of the original base in the submission description. A link to my Furaffinity would be appreciated, but not required.

Miscellaneous
Do not remove the signature on your purchased design. They are to credit myself and the artist who created the original base.
