WHat do i do now? (G)

My only family member I could put up with is gone. I lost my mind and have become bored with insanity. Have a few doctors trying to help me out. What do you do when the world you live in feels so fake? Like every smile or tree is made of plastic or not really there? I never knew what direction my life was going in. Only now dose it occur to me how much of a problem that is. I just wish I could stop existing. Why wont these people just leave me alone to fade away?
