An original, non-canon project based off of characters from PCA and KMS.

RULES
1. The character has to fit into the setting. This is a project involving anthropomorphic pokemon ONLY. No humans, no other furries. The only exception to this is the vices, as they earn a demonized form after being possessed, and even those must vaguely resemble their original form. No turning Caterpies into seven-headed Dragons!
2. You can't create a character that will change any part of the plot that's already decided upon. Whoever they are, they have to fit into what's going on at the time. Towards the beginning of this project, you have a bit more freedom with this, as the plot hasn't been fully decided. Examples are creating a rival demon for Slang, creating the 'mon that banished Slang in the first place, or creating a heavenly 'mon that works under Arceus that used to know Slang.
3. You must get permission if your character is connected to another character in a way that they weren't before the project. If you create a character as an underling to one of the vices, you have to run it by them first. I thought of asking the vices to allow a little leniency on this, but their character is still their character. Though each member is welcome to their own policy.
4. Most rules that apply in PCA/KMS also apply here. Keep legendaries to a minimum, and their moves have to be legit. If you have a character that you think is questionable, please note me at

Hey guys. So, this thing hasn't seen the light of day in months, so...we're recasting! For the Vices, I have gone to friends first to fill the positions. Friends I know to be active members of the community. kimopca,

The Daggers are being put on hold, however, Doctor Mandetta Wilestrom has become an NPC of TCV, with da-end giving up his rights to the character willingly (meaning that he can reclaim her at anytime he chooses).
Now for the Virtues... Sorry to say, but there will be no virtues this round. It put too much of a burden on the plot, tying it down. However, if those who were Virtues in the first round wish to continue to be a part of this round, simply message me and you will be added as an independent character.
We are keeping the Ritten House staff, although the location may not be Ritten House this time. Anyone who wants their character removed need only message me.
