and is also responsible for nudging me out of my hiatus

Life updates: Mom is now in a proper mental health care facility, and it is in town so I can visit her and not feel as guilty. I've got a job as a barista/waitress and my housing is pretty stable. Things are ok.

I also finally FINALLY got enough money to fix up my computer tower, which pretty much started this whole thing. First my tablet wouldn't work with my laptop, then I switched to the tower and it died, then I switched to my Bamboo and it broke... then I got sick! (And then all those family emergencies happened.)

So I guess now I'm free to get back to art! I'm still trying to get used to my hours, so bear with me.

I still feel pretty bad about those unfinished commissions, but those have been fully refunded. I'm going to try to start over. Wish me luck!
