My art work is allowed on any site the buyer wishes to use it on. From other chats to other art sites as long as credit is given to me.


Tos
Art work-
This includes poses, headshots, icons, and anything else that would be created and paid for. All rules for these will be listed.
You cannot sell any artwork on its own, however if you sell the character, you may sell any art from me with said character.
For any premades (Given I make them) you may not sell your permissions to someone else, however you can transfer your perms to someone else. This will terminate the last usernames permissions.
Art if the form of a gift may be given, sold, or done as one wishes with.
Generally, upon buying art, it is yours to do as you please with.

Custom Characters-
This includes refs in the form of gifts, requests, or characters created and sold.
You may sell said character as long as all terms are followed.
You may give away said character.
You may change anything and everything about said character.
If character last belonged to me, as in used by me, please let me know before getting rid of it.

Comissions-
This involves anything paid for that you requested.
I am allowed to deny any com requests.
I have the right to cancel a commission that has not been paid for.
You may ask for a refund if you have not been updated within two weeks.


Art Trades:

General rules:
If you ask me, then please complete your part first, however I will send wips after you do.
Do not constantly ask about it.
I am just about always open for ATs however I hold the right to turn any down.
