TERMS AND CONDITIONS!
PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE COMMISSIONING ME!

Important: All commission payments are via Stripe.

-| GENERAL |-
•Payment must be rendered before the beginning of the project. *Stripe only.
•No artwork is allowed to be utilized for NFT's or AI training.
•The artist retains the right to display and promote all artwork.
•The client cannot claim ownership, edit, or profit from the artwork.
•Commercial work is subject to additional terms and a contract in place.
•I am committed to your project, If I cannot complete it, I will issue a refund.
•Communication conducted via Dm (Discord preferred, .crazy_sue. ) or email (crazy.sue.art@gmail.com) Weekly updates will be provided throughout the project duration.

-| REGARDING CHANGES |-
•Any major changes that need to be made past the coloring stage, will require a Revision Fee of 10% of the commission price.
•Minor revisions can be made, however, I will not do excessive revision requests.

-| PAYMENT |-
•All payments will be processed through Stripe only.
•I start on the requested art only after I receive the payment in full.
•If you do not pay the invoice/commission request form within three business days (or a predetermined agreed upon time-frame), I will assume you do not want the commission anymore and cancel it.


-| WAITING TIME |-
•Commission completion time depends on the scope of the commission.
•The commissioner will receive regular updates on the progress of their commission unless informed otherwise.


-| DISCLAIMERS|-
•All private art will be signed, credited, and dated.
•I reserve the right to use the final commission and process work leading up to the final commission in my portfolio, blogs, galleries etc.
•All Adult Content (18+) commissions will require photo ID verification of age, no exceptions!

In commissioning me, you must agree to these Terms and Conditions.
