Exchange Schedule

Sign-Ups: November 8th - 10th
Sorting/Noting Period: November 11th - 12th
Work Period: November 13th - 29th
Upload Day: November 30th
Late Entry/Volunteer Sign-Up Period: December 1st - 7th



Drop Outs : If for any reason you must drop out of an exchange you must note the group admin and let them know within 1 week of the of the Sign-Up journal closure. Any time after this date will result in a one month ban. If you do not respond to inquiries about your participation in the exchange before the end of the late entry period you will receive a 3 month ban. Hiding your prompt after the sign-up journal closure without letting the admins know will result in a 3 month ban as well.

Extensions : You may ask for an extension at any time. You will be allowed up to one week past the late entry period. If you still have not submitted your entry after this week it will result in a one month ban.

Rules

Before posting please read the following to ensure that the exchange goes smoothly.



1. Because you will not know who is making your design, please avoid requesting NSFW themes. Mild blood and/or gore, body horror, and similar themes are acceptable. Nudity is allowed as well but please keep it SFW.


2. You can be as simple or descriptive as you like in the prompt, but please try to avoid very vague wording. For example, instead of requesting " a canine with a cool tail " it would be more helpful to ask for "a German Shepherd with a tail made of fire." You are also encouraged to link to images of clothing, color palates, etc. that you think will help the person working on your prompt.


3. You are welcome to edit your post if you see something that needs changing before the sorting period. If you are unable to edit it, please post a reply to your prompt.


4. The admin will make a specific folder when the upload day arrives and announce it in a journal. You may submit your designs as soon as it opens.


5. Only one design is allowed per prompt. You may not ask for multiple forms (ex: both a feral and anthro form of the same design.) This would be unfair to those that only receive one design.


6. Please do not use bases unless they fit the prompt. For example, if someone requests a human it would be unacceptable to use an elf base. (Although bases are allowed we encourage everyone to draw their designs from scratch.)


7. Sketches alone will not be allowed. Sketchy lines are acceptable but they must be cleaned up and colored.


8. Please keep in mind that the sorting process is, for the most part, random. There is a chance that you may receive a humanoid, feral, or anthro design regardless of what you specialize in. The admin will do their best to match up artists of the same specialization with each other, but this may not always be possible. If you receive a design that you do not feel you will be able to execute well, please note the admin ASAP.

You can either list out several creatures to choose from (Ex: Wolf, Rabbit, or Fox), a hybrid of multiple creatures (Ex: a dragon and tiger cheetah hybrid), or list out a combination of creature parts (Ex: A Husky with the back legs of a deer and the horns of a ram.) Open Species are allowed, but please link to the species information.)


Do you have a gender preference?: ( If you do not have a preference, please put "no preference" or something similar. If you are requesting a non-binary gender, please use a specific term such as "gender-fluid" or "agender". )
