Commission/adopt TOS

I figured I should make one of these...
1. All characters and designs created by me are not to be used for commercial profit. (Please contact me if you are interested in a commission of your own OC for commercial use and we will work something out)

2. All characters and designs created by me cannot be resold for more than they were bought for. If they were traded for or gifted, then they can only be traded away or gifted.

3. If you upload any content I have made to another site, please credit me as the artist/creator where applicable (My TH and DA are all CreativeRed)

4. I will always be willing to make revisions to a piece, but once the first WIP is approved, I will only refund %50 of the original price.
4a. In the event of mystery adopts, eggs, and other surprise adopts, I will not be providing a WIP, only a finished piece. I will be making revisions, but once the mystery design is paid for, refunds will not be given.
4b. If it is a full commission and I fail to provide a WIP at any time during the commission process and you feel I have not done your character justice, you are free to negotiate a full refund if I am unable to properly make adjustments to suit your needs.

5. You may recolor or redesign any DESIGN (not the art) you receive from me. It is not mandatory, but I would love to see any revisions you make, as well as to keep in touch about art, stories, etc you get for any designs you purchase from me. I'm always interested to hear you gush about your character!
5a. Minor color changes and hue shifts are allowed on the base art, but for any other edits you'd like, please contact me and do not edit my work yourself past color changes!

6. You man not use my art with AI at all. Breaking this rule is grounds for an instant block and blacklisting.
