🦨Recently, we announced that we weren't making any more updates to Blobun for now. Since this is the case, we decided to re-visit the pricing discussion about the game. Originally, we were going to charge $9.99, but people encouraged us that it was worth $14.99. It definitely was, since a lot of people bought it! But a lot of people also told us that it was a bit too expensive for the amount of content you get.

We've revisited this in our mind over and over and, since it's been several months since the game came out, we decided to have a poll asking people for their opinions. Many people came out and told us! It was pretty evenly split by the end between people who thought it should stay at the same price, and people who thought it should go down, with most of them picking $9.99. This seems to be the sweet spot between "very worth it for the price" and "people can actually afford it."

The price is up now on Steam and Itch already, but if you want it even cheaper, it'll be going on sale on Monday, so keep an eye out for that!

Thank you to everyone who gave us feedback about the price, both in the form and directly to us. Everyone's comments really helped us to make this decision. And thank you to everyone who insisted it was definitely worth $15 US. Were the economy different, we could probably leave it at that price and be just fine. However, this isn't the case right now.

PS: We also fixed that it seemed to be more expensive in some countries? We have no idea why it was higher in Europe, especially in Switzerland where it was way higher? So hopefully this is fixed now.
