heeey! been a while since my last journal!
so i've been much more active here these days! there's a few reasons for that. my day job has drastically cut down on my hours, and u know, mama's gotta pay the bills. kinda sucks, but i'm not sure if i want those hours back! it's not all negative. my mental health has had a chance to improve, and it's given me the chance to focus on art and taking on commissions.
i kind of think it's a sign to focus more on doing art as a career, even if it is peddling out furry porn lol. it's something i enjoy doing. but someday i'd like to branch away from that, or at least make it a more balanced mix in my work.

a fortune teller told me a few months ago that if i wanted to focus on making art my career, then this is my year to do it! (unrelated but the fortune teller also said i might find romance in my career this year, hehe 🤭)
i'm not normally a super spiritual person who believes in fate and fortune and astrology and stuff, but it's just interesting that the signs are pointing in this direction. i guess we'll see where this takes us!

also i've been sick as a dog this past week and a half. don't get covid, folks. wash your hands, wear a mask if you're sick or immunocompromised, and stay safe out there!
