Commission Prices and TOS 2016

For everyone being interested in buying Art from me, please read the following Terms of Service very carefully!
I suggest you to read my "Do and don't" as well, so you know what I'm willing to do and what not.

Terms of Service
1. Usage of your Commissions
1.1 You are allowed to re-post your Commission, as long as there is proper Credit given. Means, either you link back to my Furaffinity or my DeviantART (fvckboii)
1.2 You are allowed to print your Commission and put it on Clothing/Backs etc. as long as you won't sell those Items!
1.3 You are allowed to use your Commission as Avatar, Icon, Banner etc. on any Website as long as you credit me!
1.4 You are under all circumstances not allowed to re-sell the Commission or make Profit out of it without my written Permission!
1.5 You are not allowed to claim the Commission as your own.
1.6 After I recieved the full Payment and the Commissions done, it all belongs to you. As long as you won't re-sell it or make Profit with the Picture nor claim it as your own, you're free to use it everywhere! (With Credit, of course)
1.7 If you're about to sell a Character with additional Art of mine, you're allowed to re-sell the Artwork

2. Refunding and Payment
2.1 You are allowed to cancel your Commission anytime, but the Refund depends on how far I've came with the Picture.
Means, if your Commission is already done, you won't get a Refund. If it's half past done, you'll get half of the Price back.
2.2 You can only pay in DeviantART Points at the Time.
2.3 You are allowed to pay half-half. Means, sending half of the payment before I start and sending the Rest after you've got your Commission.
2.4 You have to pay 24 Hours after your Commission was accepted, otherwise your Slot will be canceled without a Warning.
However, you can always re-order if you wish!
2.5 I will check if you have a pre-story. Means, if People often claim you haven't paid Commissions, I won't accept you.

- Owls
- Dragons and closed Species (Fantasy)
- Endermen
- Humanoids
- NSFW / Yiff (+18 Characters only. No Futa/Shota/Pedophile Themes.)
- Gore (blood, missing body parts, fights, guts etc.)
- light Fetishes (Leather, BDSM)

What I won't draw
- underaged Characters in NSFW Content
- heavy Fetishes (Vore, Watersports, fat Fur etc.)
- Robots and Cars
- complex Backgrounds and Structures
- Avians
- Humans
- Amor and complex Weapons
- Puke, Urin
