I am not sure if anybody really is dealing with something similar, but since it's been four years since my last submission here, I'll just describe why:

I really am anxious about getting judged for what I like or who I am. I imagine it's something that many people have faced and are facing in their everyday lives. But recently, I have been getting more comfortable with putting myself out there. It does help to having talked to many friends, and also being open what I like, be it in casual chats or Roleplays.

Generally, if anybody else is struggling with this, let me tell you this: No matter how bad you might think it is, just go for it. Even if it's some kind of MS paint submission, you still put more effort and purpose into your craft than whatever AI slop is out there. Seriously, as long as you try to make something for yourself, there will always be somebody who enjoys it. There will be people who might get seriously offended by what you make, but honestly: The world would be a really boring place if every furry artist was too afraid to put out anything.

So, risking to face what I am afraid of, I'll be posting some art I had left on the backburner, but also start posting some writing pieces I've made for myself: Some with really weird kinks and stories.
