I'm sitting at home doing homework, and I start to think; "I hate small talk" spurred on by the fact that I consider myself not to have many friends. And of those friends I have, I feel like I only know them on a surface level. I am consciously aware that I am bad at social interaction. I am an introvert, To be more specific, I am an INFP-T, according to the Myer-briggs test. As such, I find it difficult to be around people as much as the American society wants me to be. So here I am, skipping the small talk and trying to connect with people better. I ask the question; What do you want to do before you die?
Before I die, I want to leave a lasting impact on the way people perceive others, based on religion, race, sexuality, gender, or whatever else. I want to change the way, Americans especially, people see others. I want to travel, even though I hate to travel, to many places and see as many things as I can and learn from them. I believe everyone has something they can teach to everyone. And I want to leave the world a more accepting place than I found it.
