"Demon" is not the usual short for some strange looking creature. But... for Demonamic. "JG" is for the initial letters for my real life name.

A few things about the species...

Demonamics are, as you may read it, demonic creatures. But no monsters with evil thoughts. There are demonamics (I say "demons" from now on) seen with grey skin, fur, scales, webfeet, wings, claws, horns and many more, you can say, features. Subkinds are ground, aireal, fire, ice and water demons. Most of them are humanoids.
There are two main kinds of demons: "Dimonamic" and "Damonamic". Dimons can use regenerating powers, while Damons use destructive powers. Dimons can change over long time into Damons, and vise versa. And they have difficulties "casting" the opposed "magic". Both kind of "magic" is generated with the inner life force. Every demon is capable to use it to manipulate body and surroundings, such as damaged items or body parts of others. A few highly skilled Dimons can even resurrect people if they have some special bond to them. Like friendship. There is a demon capable of both kind of powers and can even revive people unknown to him, even whole planets. In return he is able to destroy them with less power.
Back to the life force.. it can used to make a demon undure even rooms without air, like water. They cannot live forever without food and oxygen, yet survive very long. Another ability all demons are able to use is the "cloaking". They can make themselves complete undetectable as long as they can effort. They can even "walk" through walls, be ghost like. If the cloak effects wears while in a wall they receive a blowback out of it. The life force too lets them heal extremely fast.
An pretty awesome feature of demonamics is to use both muscle strains at one time. This means for a normal being, one muscle shortens another flexes. For a demon... one muscle shortens the other one pushes. This renders them stronger than humans, although faster. A well-toned demon can run up to 80 miles per hour, depending on it's size. Demonic muscles "plastides" don't wear from usage, since life force regenerates all kind of damage within seconds.

OK, that's it for now about my kind.

And just a well meant word of warning: Do not judge a demon's power by it's size!
