What have they done?

I haven't bought it, i really don't have a drive to get it. I was bombarded with commercials for the game and could instantly see that the characters aren't likable. I'm a Borderlands fan, but I'm not gonna blindly buy a game because my favorite francizes put something out. (learned my lesson from other games) Let's face it, Borderlands writing is trash since Anthony Burch left. I'm reading over reviews and everything sucks. To me writing in a video game is what really brings you into it. I hope Gearbox learns from this horrible mistake. They probably will not.
