Commission Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:

General Terms
☾ Age Requirement: You must be 18 or older to commission me. I am not responsible for users misrepresenting their age.
☼ Portfolio: Please review my gallery to ensure the content you’re requesting aligns with the work I offer.

Process and Communication
☾ Two-Week Rule: Please allow at least two weeks before inquiring about updates. If you request an update sooner, I will remind you to review these terms.
☼ Work-in-Progress (WIPs): If you'd like progress updates, please request them when placing your order.
☾ Deadlines: If you need the artwork by a specific date, inform me when placing the order. Otherwise, I will complete it as soon as possible.
☼ Commissioning for Others: If you are commissioning a piece as a gift, ensure the recipient is consenting to receive the artwork.
☾ References: Please provide clear references (preferably visual). If only written references are provided, I will charge a $5 fee. It is your responsibility to ensure the references are accurate before I begin the work.
☼ Declining Service: I reserve the right to refuse commissions for any reason.

Edits
☾ Edit Policy: I will make reasonable edits to fix any mistakes or misunderstandings, provided I have sufficient references.
☼ Limit on Edits: After the commission is completed, there is a 48-hour grace period for any changes. After that, I will consider the work finalized and remove it from my files.
☾ Excessive Edits: If excessive edits are requested, I may stop accepting further changes.

Payment and Cancellation
☼ Upfront Payment: Payment is required in full before I begin any work. I do not offer "sketch first, pay later" options.
☾ Payment Plans: For commissions over $80, I am open to negotiating a payment plan.
☼ Accepted Payment Methods: I only accept PayPal, and payments will be invoiced. Please provide your PayPal address when commissioning.
☾ Cancellations: You may cancel your commission only **before** work has begun. If work has started, I will deduct a negotiable fee based on the progress made.

Usage Rights
☼ Artwork Ownership: I retain the rights to all artwork created, including the right to display it in my galleries or use it for promotional purposes unless we have agreed otherwise.
☾ Usage by Commissioner: The commissioner (or character owner, in the case of a gift) may post the artwork on personal galleries or websites for non-commercial purposes as long as I am credited.
☼ Editing: The commissioner may not pay anyone to alter my artwork in any way. If you would like to make changes, please contact me first.

⋆⁺₊ Smoking/Drinking/Drug Use

Will Not Draw:
✧ Heavy Machinery
⋆⁺₊ Rape/ Torture (excluding Tickle Torture and other harmless torture)
✧Underaged Characters in the nude or in sexual situations and anything that I feel is pushing the
boundaries
⋆⁺₊Anything I deem hateful toward any gender/ race/ orientation/ religion/ etc.
