Base height is always 5ft except frog who is 4 inches tall

BACKGROUND
Human is just me, no background. Can transform into doe. Usually powered by sheer will.
Frog me is either born as a frog and starts at 4 inches tall, or is a transformed version of 5ft human me that joined a trial to infuse frog DNA with humans Jurassic Park style. The type of frog I was infused with though is known to grow for its entire life. Ordinarily those frogs only grow to 10 inches big and live for a short period but applied to my human lifespan, the growth is massively boosted.
Doe is a botanical researcher.
One day while experimenting a unique, mutated spore system takes the doe as a host and treats them as if they are a plant. Exposing the doe to plant spores, water, or the sun can now create a hormonal and genetic imbalance where instead of being allergic they instead can unexpectedly grow at a slow rate like a plant. The energy can also be harnessed and stored and distributed when needed, giving some level of control albeit only growth rate and not the shrink rate.
You can imagine how troublesome this can be given the entire planet and universe is full of water, plant life, and sunlight. Powers also include very alluring natural pheromones that smell like roses, and size stealing kisses from taking all the nutrients in your system used to regulate your height and assets.
Each depiction of me growing is a new and separate instance unless otherwise specified; canonically I only grow for the 1st time once per universe but there's an infinite amount of universes where some events can go down almost exactly the same way of course! <3
