Unwatched 90% of the accounts I was watching on here and nuked all my notifications. This isn't a prelude to coming back - who knows if that'll ever happen, my furry experience now is mostly offline or through private messaging and chatrooms with people I've known for 20 years - I just wanted to dust stuff off just in case I ever do decide to.
It's hard-to-impossible to return to the time when I used this site most as a teenager/young adult. A year passes by in the blink of an eye, it feels. I'm 36 and have been through so much. But I do still love furry stuff. It'll always be a part of who I am, and in my mid-life, I cherish how many important relationships came out of just being in the fandom, especially for a stupid autistic gamer like myself.
