I knew of Dragoneer more than knew him, from being in games like TF2 back in the day in the same server, none the less I was saddened to hear the news like others did, and of the circumstances around it.

Can't comment on the US health care system, but I have heard the horror stories surrounding it, and the stereotype of US doctors standing behind cash registers and being happy to see you. Not pretending the NHS is great either, but that's a different set of problems.

I know Neer was disliked or hated by quite a few, though I never had any problem with him myself, but I would hope others would feel the same way I do about it all, that he deserved better.
