Before Commissioning Me:

- Please take these into account BEFORE deciding to commission me.
By commissioning me, you agree to follow and abide by the following Terms of Service

- You must be at least 16 years old to place an order yourself.
If you are under 16 you may still place an order if you have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Your payment will act as your proof of age, or proof of your parent/guardian's consent, and thus frees me from any consequences that should arise from you lying about your age.

- Be aware that these items are not toys. They are meant to be handled appropriately and responsibly. I am not responsible for any injuries you may face when wearing my products.


Rights:

- I reserve the right to cancel any commission at any stage if the commissioner is rude, threatening or incredibly unreasonable.

- I also reserve the right to refuse certain commissions such as characters we feel may be too complex for me to make. I will always inform you as to why your commission was refused.

- I will not send any order out until it has been paid in full.


Payments:

I accept payments by Paypal, major credit cards, and money orders through snail mail.

If there are extenuating circumstances, please contact me and I'll be happy to work with you. Payments are to be made by special listings and you can purchase them at your convenience!.

- Each order includes the 40% down payment that is if you do choose to cancel your commission. This is to make sure you are serious about the order and to purchase any needed materials for your order.
Deadlines:

- Is there a deadline? This is something I will need to know at the time of ordering. Without a deadline I will work on the order whenever time is available.

- I am a full time student. If you need your paws in one week or two a rush fee will be added

- Rush orders are charged at an additional 35% cost.

- If you require claws you may be subject to a longer waiting plan depending on the workload of DVC or FBS

- No deadlines are guaranteed unless a rush fee has been discussed and paid for



Shipping:

I will not send any order out until it has been paid in full.

- Shipping prices are based on USPS First Class and Priority. All packages will have a tracking number at your disposal.

- I use USPS First Class and Priority shipping. If there is an item you want overnight please send me a message we can make shipping adjustments. Items in U.S. should arrive within 3-5 days for first class. If there is bad weather it could take longer. Priority Mail 2-3 days unless bad weather.

- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Prices reflect the USPS prices. International orders go through customs and I am unable to control that. I am not responsible for any customs taxes for the order, so please keep that in mind when you order! I will not falsify customs information.

- PLEASE make sure when purchasing you have the correct address.
I will message you if there's a discrepancy between the address you have given and the address USPS has on file. If you do not respond I will ship to the address on Etsy's or Paypal’s file.

- If for any reason I receive you package back due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for the extra charge on re-sending it. Please be sure to contact me if you have another address!

- Once the package leaves my hands at the post office, I am not responsible for any lost or damaged packages caused by shipping.

- Every item I ship out are safely put into either a box or padded envelope. The box will have bubble wrap depending on how fragile the item is.


Details:

- If you have specific markings please provide a reference sheet or color a template I will provide to you.

- Complete Creative Freedom: If I am given complete freedom on your commission, you will be entitled to a substantial discount. This means I can choose the colors, designs, claw color
-Claws will still need to be paid for in full as they are made from other makers

- Partial Creative Freedom: You get to pick the basics. Example, "I want hand paws with a base color of blue with white markings". You are giving me a basic idea, but I get to design the markings and their placement.
-Claws will still need to be paid for in full as they are made from other makers


Work In Progress Pictures/Contact:

- I have a Trello account that provides real time updates and may contain progress pictures.

- I can provide work in progress pictures if requested

- Any questions will be answered within 24-48 hours of receiving the initial inquiry.
- I am a full time student so I will try my best to stay within these parameters

Canceling:

- Canceling a commission: If I have not bought any of the materials, and you wish to cancel the commission, you will get a full refund minus the 40% deposit.

- If work has commenced (and confirmed through my Trello account), the downpayment and supplies I have purchased will not be refunded.

- If you are unresponsive for over a month, I consider your commission canceled by you. I will refund money based on the amount of work done minus the 40% deposit.
- Usually at this stage I will be finished with your order so very little will be refunded

Repairs:

- If there are obvious signs of neglect by the wearer, or something is returned for repairs after the 30-day warranty, I have the right to charge whatever amount it will take to repair it. If I decide that the costume piece cannot be fixed due to your own neglect, I will return it at your expense.

- I will fix any costume piece within the first 30 days of it being received, free of charge, NOT including shipping and handling.

Does not include: Changing marking colors, Changing claw colors, changing pawpads colors
Includes: Loose stitching, small holes easily fixed, or claws falling out


Allergy Warnings:

- My home has dogs and they are not allowed near the materials. I have no cats. All items come from a smoke free home.

-I get the fur from Fabrc.com

-I will get claws from Dream Vision Creations or FuzzButtStudios

-If you have any know allergies that may interfere with your commission, please notify me immediately


Contract:

-The TOS is non negotiable and any commissioner/buyer is expected to read and understand them.

-Ignorance of TOS does not exclude you from agreeing and abiding to the TOS as it is publicly available.

-TOS is subject to change without notice.

-I record all the information from our conversations for my records.

-Anything agreed upon by both parties in writing, including email and notes, is a binding contract.

-By accepting a commission from DressedAllInFur, you agree upon all terms of service presented above.
