I feel very sad that this has to be my first post. Recently I have seen more of the community leaving due to hateful and mean comments than I had ever thought would. I didn't know them, but I felt sad since they seemed like nice people and were entertaining from what little I could experience on this site. One such was user Latiodile, and what he said in his journal should be seen by everyone in this fandom. We come to this place to be accepted, we should not allow such hurtful things to happen to those who come here. I don't know what should be done, but something must be done. We are supposed to be better than resorting to mean and hurtful comments no matter what we think or feel about someone or their ideals. If you feel that this is wrong, then I'm sorry, but I do not believe you belong here.
