Just wanted to say this cause I've been completely GONE from furaffinity since high school:
Not long after I graduated, I kinda gave up the whole 3d modeling stuff because using Adobe Dimension started to get annoying. It did not have any tools for creating custom objects, so I had always just pieced together stock objects and eventually started drawing the extra details to add to the models. Its also SUCH A PAIN to move objects around, specifically when I started creating fullsize characters and barely more detailed environments, and once I was done with what I was doing, it wouldve taken awhile since the application was super slow, even on my new higher spec pc, and renders were also decently time consuming. But I didn't have anyone to teach me blender at the time, and Adobe Dimension was actually really easy to just slap a couple things together, and had tons of lighting options that I could play with as a bonus!
Nowadays, I'm spending most of my time playing games, talking with my friends online, and going to work during the week. I'm really happy I did work on my oc stuff then, because I will constantly look back at my stuff and be proud of the fact that I brought some of my ideas to life! And I had never really had a character that could represent myself or my username (EarRaid) until I explored the furry community and saw all the nice art stuff that I had never seen before! I didn't think of myself as a furry back then, I simply admired the art and the music here, and it eventually grew on me after seeing so many people drawing and creating something that they could express as themselves and who they were, or who they wanted to be. Im really glad I have this part of the internet to look at and include myself in, its made me really happy when i was alone and it gave me somewhere to express the things I enjoy!
I did just start learning blender yesterday, I have a friend that I met in vrchat like 8 months ago whos teaching me now, and hopefully we can get to a point where I can create my character and other cool things too!
