'Ola! This is Elly here. You might know me elsewhere on the interwebs as Ushigami, but alas, the name was taken on here already, so I went with something else. XD I love video games, anime, and other typically geeky things, but am not really into them as much anymore, since I've mainly been focusing on my artwork. I love to draw, and before I even started drawing things like Sailor Moon, I drew animals. They've been my first love, and before I began to really take my art seriously, I was rather planning to be a vet.

It's probably a good thing that I won't be a vet, though, because knowing my short-term memory, I'd end up killing someone's pet by accident. D:

My tools of the trade are Photoshop CS, sakura micron pens, and Prismacolor markers.

I originally wasn't too keen on joining the furry fandom, because of all the horror stories you hear about on the net. I didn't find the idea of getting harassed for drawing furries or being associated with people who have drawn them and done horrendously stupid things on the internet to be that appealing. Now, I don't care, because I see no point in hiding from the internet and it's denizens when I could be enjoying myself. FurAffinity.Net seemed like a nice place to start, so here I am. :)
