Hello everyone,

I'm sorry that nothing has come out for a while. Between school and my job, it's been a little hard to find the time to create stories that I'm happy with. I do want to assure people that I plan to continue to create stories that I enjoy writing and that you enjoy reading, as well as update you on progress and what's going on.

First up, the fears part of the "fears and plans" update. As I stated before, I currently have a job. I work as an Amazon employee, sorting boxes and filling trucks. I hate my job for many reasons, but it's necessary to pay for my college. There are a couple things to know about the job to understand my fears. First, they have something called UTO, or unpaid time off. Basically, what that is is a cushion where if you aren't clocked in to work during your shift, it takes time out of your UTO and you aren't paid for that amount of time. The big flaw with it though is the fact that if even one minute isn't accounted for, it takes an entire hour out of your UTO, and you only have about six hours available. Once you dip into negative, you end up closely watched, and after just a few mistakes over a certain period of time you get fired. By this point many of you will see where this is going. I haven't been as exact with my time as Amazon wants me to be, and as a result my UTO is now at zero hours the last I checked. I believe that starting very soon I will be closely monitored, and since Black Friday and Christmas are just around the corner I am fairly certain I'll make enough mistakes to get me quickly fired. While on one hand the idea that I'll be fired from the job I needed to stay at college scares me immensely, I also see it as a reason to hope and something to look forward to. Because on the other hand, it means that I will have a lot more time to work on stories and hopefully some commissions in time, as well as better mental health (more on that later).

Next, I wanted to update people on some plans of mine. For one thing, I simply wanted to say that stories are still being made, and I have multiple ideas I can't wait to show everyone! One of these ideas I got from my favorite author, Brandon Sanderson. On his website, he has multiple bars that show his progress in his many books, and I think I want to do something similar. I think I'll have it be once a month, where I'll put up the different stories I'm working on and their progress. I might also add a snippet about what the story is. I'd love to have feedback on this idea if anyone has any other ideas! And with that, I think I'll have my first story update now! Please note that writing, mine included, has a habit of growing as you work on it. I'll have a map of how things go in my head, but realize as I'm writing that another scene or character needs to be added to make things flow nicely. Because of this the percentages are estimations, and they have the potential to drop or skyrocket between updates depending on what happens during development.

Strange Second Date: sequel to Strange First date. 5%

Halloween Story: a story I had planned to come out on Halloween, but was nowhere close to done when Halloween came. 15%, but might not see the light of day till Halloween next year, depending on whether people want to see it sooner or not.

Enipluuv's Inner Demons 2: sequel to my first story, Enipluuv's Inner Demons, this time going a little more into how my job has impacted me as opposed to the first one which was about my self doubt and past mistakes. 1%, really just a concept at the moment.

From Goop to God: the origin story for Jasmith's new sona, Jess, the goop wolf. 30%

Flight of the Blackwing: ??? 2%

That's all for the stories I'm creating! Or, at least, the ones I'm able to share with you right now. Thanks to those who took the time to read through this massive block of text, it means the world to me!

tl;dr I might be getting fired from my job, but I'm looking at it as an opportunity to devote more time to writing. I plan to do monthly updates on story progress if I can, first updates can be seen above.
