Happy holidays 25/26 + Live update (G)
Hello friends, watchers and guests of my page,
I know it's a little on the late side as it is already a week in 2026. Hope you've had all had a good time during the Christmas holidays. May Christmas have been a joyous holiday for you with friends, family and other people you love. Also wishing you all a Happy New Year in advance. 2025 may not have been the best year for everyone, and for others they have. I wish everyone a prosperous 2026!
I'd like to thank you all for the support this year. You're all awesome! ❤️

I'm not that much of a person putting life updates online yet slowly getting more comfortable with it. For those who wonder or are curious to read they can continue reading in this journal:
Personally 2025 has been an alright year. Grown further in my position at work as an official. The work load eventually got so low at the team I am actually in, that I got asked to help in another. It has been quite a challenge to keep both balls up at the same time. Sometimes needing a good evening to rest, feeling pretty full in my head. Eventually got better at finding a good balance between tasks and subjects for most days. Unfortunately a new crisis has been called out since November last year, so I am pretty much back at my post for the time being.
Last Summer has been the first time I've been able to visit my boyfriend proper. We've had a great time together, and I learned a lot about the city he's living in! We made some nice dishes together, like pizza. Also tried some wild berries as we'd walked through the forests. We got hit by quite a heatwave, yet we were able to make the most of it. I'd love to visit again next Summer. It has kickstarted a feeling of wanting a place for myself. Ever since last Summer I've been pretty busy with a house hunt. Which is hard on a one man's budget and salary, but I won't give up so easily.
Handball in that sense has been a good way to release tension and just have a good time with teammates. We're still trying to find our footing, but things are looking better compared to last season. If we keep growing, I think we'll be able to be a midtable side.
Both handball, work and my long distance relationship require a lot of my attention still. I see drawing as a hobby, and treat it that way. Behind the scenes I am poking at stuff, though I can imagine why there aren't much artworks being uploaded. I am very slow and precise. I believe that is both a good and weak point. I hope to be able to post some works soon. It still gives me joy, and hope to continue to learn.
The current developments worldwide still do worry me. Especially the developments on the American continent and Eastern-Europe. I hope there'll be some peace soon, as I think we all need it.
