Long story short, I'll have a 3 bed room 1.5 bath town home to myself soon and I would rather not live there alone. If you live in the area and are interested in a room, please comment or let me know. I can negotiate rent, but wouldn't be over $600. Singles or couples would be ok. This is a house, not an apartment.

-Town home is in Dover, Delaware in Westover Village. (Close to camden)
-You would be subleasing from me.
-You must be LGBT friendly.
-The house is 2 stories with a full finished basement. Currently, the furniture is sparse so there is a ton of room.
-Bedrooms are on 2nd floor and are a bit smaller, but have a large closets and there is room in the living room or basement for us to share.
-There is a smaller yard and deck.
-Off street parking.
