Terms of Service

As an Artist
- I will listen to any and all pitched ideas. If I don’t like it, I will say so.
- I prefer to be paid at the start of any project and my preferred payment method is through PayPal.
- I ask that any agreed to payment be made with in 48 hours of me sending my PayPal information.
(only exception is that there's a descustion during the sale and said hold is agreed to by both parties.)
- I hold the right to cancel the project and refund the money (if it applies,) for a commission at any time.
- I priorities any paid commission over any free requests I get.
- I do not like to draw License Characters (Like Scooby-Doo, Tigger, etc.)
(I might use and draw License Characters, I do NOT like to draw them. Period. I prefer to use Original Characters for 95% of my art.)

As A Commissioner
- At any time you may request an update on your project.
(But please, do not badger me.)
- At any time you can cancel a project and ask for a refund for a picture if it’s not done within a reasonable amount of time.
(However I do not, and will not honor this if the project is beyond a certain point. As in, if I am half way done with the coloring the picture and you want a refund.)


-Requests and Free Art.-
– Yes I do take request for free art. However, it is of MY Choosing and my choice alone.
- Any requests are done to the level I want to do. If I choose to end it after a point, that is my right.
Do not advertise me as a free artist! Also, Do NOT expect me to do ALL art the art work that you pitched to me. Especially when you are only one person and want me to do more than 1 art project

Please, keep in mind,
I am human and not some kind of robot. And unfortunately, life happens. A lot of my art work depends on my current mood and I do sometimes lose my drive for drawing.
Also,
I am usually negotiable and will work out deals now and then. However, please understand that any project I do, is done on my free time. I do have a life outside of my art, unfortunately.

Also Note:

"By hiring me for the purchase of work of an adult nature, you understand that:
- you are paying for work of an adult nature, and thereby stipulate, honestly, that you are therefore an individual that is legally allowed to view said work.
- You further understand that by hiring me, you are honestly representing yourself as of a legal adult age (18 years old or over).
- Any deceit, fraud, or other irregularities that arise from this agreement are not my responsibility, and I will not be subject to any repercussions or consequences of your viewing the work in that event."
