The table is currently being populated. If you are an active customer and cannot find your order on the list, please contact me, and I will add you manually or include it myself as I work through the list.

I aim to complete approximately four to six orders per month — this is a realistic plan based on my current workload. I will adhere to it in most cases. A deadline extension is possible for a maximum of 1-2 months and only due to force majeure (illness or other circumstances beyond my control).

Refunds will also be processed in the order they are received.

To ensure the stable completion of current commitments and prevent burnout, I will accept a limited number of new orders each month. This allows me to maintain a manageable workload and avoid taking on other employment, which guarantees my full focus on illustration. All new orders will be added to the general list in the order they are received.

Important: I cannot adjust the established deadlines for individual requests. You have two options:

1. Accept the current deadline and await order completion.
2. Request a refund (it will be processed in the general queue).

Please choose the option most suitable for you. I guarantee I will fulfill either of these decisions, but please note that processing (especially for refunds) will also require some time.

To save time and maintain focus on work, I will use template responses more frequently. Please do not take this personally — it is solely a measure to increase efficiency.
