Hi to all
This is a up and starting business where we plan to go to conventions of all kinds to print on demand T-Shirts. Where you can bring us your art and we can put it on a shirt to ware. We will also have art available to look thru as well as some pre-printed shirts. We are openly looking to contract artists with good talent that would like to add their art to our data base in turn for a commission if their art is chosen for placement on any product. You can note us or email us at furkingfurrys@yahoo.com. We are currently in the middle of getting a domain name and web hosting service. We will be sending out letters to artists. You will be able to view thru the gallery and pick a print you like, color and shirt size, and we will get it in the mail to you. If you are a interested artist you can find the welcome letter here that we will keep on file at all the conventions to show we represent you, and are not infringing on copy right material. Link to welcome letter --- > http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/5333009
You all may notice the Gallery and Favorites area's are blank. A question was brought up to if those artists had signed on and were we using that art ect. At this time I took all of it offline. All art will be found on the web site once it is up and running for those artists that choose to put there work on it for ordering purposes.

Artists Letter (G)
Welcome to Fur-King Furry's LLC.
We here at Fur-King Furry's are furs that love to attend furry conventions. I Mike Perkins (aka Hematite Bear) and Tony Hensley (aka Tony Wrabbit) have chose to commit to a furry life style and make this our full time occupation. We are also business oriented and started to think about how to bring our skills to the fandom. We wanted to help the artist. Then the idea hit us of placing the artists work on T-Shirts. Then we had to figure out how to get the art work for the shirts. After looking into copyright laws and the fees paid currently to artists we rethought the process. What we came up with was us representing the artist and then paying them a commission per piece for there work. The artist retains full copyright and authority of there work as we only represent you at point of sale. This lets us carry a wide verity of work and styles to many people that would normally not be exposed to the artists work. This also as well generates a income for the artist that would not be available other wise. As our target is 24 conventions a year this means the artist we represent will have exposure all over the US. The artist investment is only authorizing their work for us to use and then they receive the commission each month for any of there work we use. We see it as encouragement to produce more art for us to represent and a way of helping to support your love of the fandom. We are doing this for our furry family. Hugs.
We started to research the idea and found that we could do this by using a high quality printer, high quality ink and transfer paper and a heat transfer press. We can produce the art in its original full color form and place it on a shirt in only a few minutes. We produce each piece as needed so we do not carry a stock of pre-made transfers. We have a wide variety of shirts with some of the harder to find sizes and styles. We can pay the artist $7.50 per piece used on a shirt that retails for $20 and $5 for pieces produced on card stock that retails for $10-$15 depending on there size. We are hoping to encourage people to get there con badges on shirts. If you do a 1 - 4 pose character reference sheet for someone we can scan that in and place it on a shirt with the front panel, back panel and side profile head as panels on each arm. Meaning you will make the profit from the con badge or character reference sheet and then the commission again from the printing of it on the shirt. Your work will be displayed on our web site for sale though mail order shirts and prints as well with your contact information you authorize us to provide for further possible sales for you..
With every receipt we will print the contact information you authorize us to use for this so that people purchasing your work can find you. This will lead to possible commissions or the purchase of additional work from you. If they ask for the work on a shirt you can send us the work and we will place it on the shirt and mail it out for you from our home location. Then you will receive the commission from that sale as well. If it is a place where we are on location the delivery will be there. Your work will be posted on our web site for shirt orders for the shoppers to choose from and can be produced and shipped or picked up at conventions we will be at.
