Picture this, a poocher were hunting an endangered animal until the tranquilizer hit the poocher and that poocher fell consciousness. Then the poocher woken up in a lab tank floating in liquid. A scientist paid a bounty hunter or merc for hunting each poochers they brought to the scientist and turn the poocher into one of the endangered species they wanted as anthromorphic to repopulate the endangered species.
