About the new update...

I personally find this recent update to be rather bad. I know FA is owned by IMVU now, but seriously? A sidebar to show IMVU ads that takes up almost a fourth of the screen? The ads at the top and bottom of the pages are an eyesore enough, so why consume more page space to add more? What's in store for the site next? Will users have to pay for premium accounts to use features like notes and blocking? Are artists going to have to agree to terms saying any rights to their artwork must be handed over to IMVU before they are allowed to post it?
