Warning To Discord DMers (G)

I just wanna put this out there even though I have a warning on Discord already about this, but some people apparently can't understand still. If you DM me on Discord just to ask if I can commission you on art, DON'T!!! First, financially I'm not in a good scenario to just always commission. I'd be lucky if I even can. Second, I feel as though the commissioner should go to the artist instead. The artist's work should draw my attention, not their request and pleas. If I see an artist I know and trust needs help financially, is offering commissions and I have the money, I definitely will. I've done it before. Finally, my current life makes things hectic and doing this adds on top of it. Making it unnecessary.
