For one character:
Sketch $10-$15
Lineart $15-$20
Flat color $20-$25
Cell shading $25-$35
Soft shading $40-$80

Things such as...
-Additional characters
-Complex/detailed designs
-A setting/scenery
-Anything that would add difficulty or add more time than usual to working on the commission
...will result in additional charges
