Hello! I am a crafter, fursuit-maker-in-training and general artsy type who works to commission under the name Clockwork Firebird Designs.

I work with real leather, real fur (ethically sourced) and fake fur, as standard. I also work with all kinds of cloth and fabric. I am happy to look for veggie/fake leathers at request if I can get the colours that you want. I started out in Cosplay and from there moved onto LARP (Live Action RolePlay), making my own kit and costumes along the way. I have a growing passion for special-effects makeup, and I am slowly learning more techniques in that regard.

What do I make? I make costumes, monsters and more! I love making armour, especially fantasy-style armour, and I take on large projects that catch my interest on a regular basis. I make smaller pieces as stock, including shoulder armour, lower arm (vambrace) armour, holsters for prop guns (including NERF guns), and gorgeous thorn-y collars and chokers. Coming in 2015 I will have buy-able custom slots in the Etsy shop (so basically a custom ordered item, done in a way that is easy for me to keep track of) of all the standard items that I produce.
