squaaaawkwelcome! i'm an egret resident to the arizona desert. i've been drawing since i was a tiny kid in the late 90s. my hobbies include birdwatching, pokemon, casual video games especially of the adventure genre, reading especially in the fantasy genre, and learning about random things that will in no way improve my life, especially in relation to birds and avian biology, and the psychology of domesticated birds - mostly pigeons.expected general content -- dinosaurs, equines and other ungulates, birds, strange species in general, slice of life stuff.
expected explicit content -- all genders though m/m tends to be more common, solo stuff, bdsm, pet play, bondage, and potential darker themes such as non-con though this will be tagged as such and not posted super commonly

I prefer to do most of my contact via either email or discord ( ink-asaurus#8423 display name Graffiti Ink ) but am not against FurAffinity. Note:: I do not accept random friend requests on discord. I'm not glued to my phone all the time and please respect that - I'll check throughout the day but especially if I'm at work you may not always get an immediate response. Usually at least a same day response though.
If you do not have a visual reference of your character, a written description is acceptable but written description commissions are considered artistic liberty, no exceptions, so make sure your description is as accurate as possible; I will not accept significant character design changes of characters based on written descriptions. Feel free to supply references to similar looking characters but please be aware I will not copy an existing character.
Commissions that are $80 USD or over will allow work in progress pictures unless stated otherwise. This means you will be shown progress parts for approval before continuing of the process. You CAN of course opt out of this ( quicker turn around time ). You will be shown the sketch, the finished lines, the flat colors, and then the finished picture. Not applicable for quick turn around time commissions as I do not have time to wait for responses on those.
The way I draw uses minimal layers, and as I'm not very tech-savvy, everything is painted by hand. This is important to know because past a certain point I cannot change major things, like pose or color, so on. It is entirely up to the commissioner to request changes as early as possible as I may not be able to change them later on. At each progress stage, I will suggest changes that might be desired, and will warn you when edits are no longer available. Every approval phase gets harder to edit. Excessive requests of edits may incur a fee.
Each additional character in a commission will cost at least +60% of the original price for any commission tier. There may also be an increased cost for complexity, either with the character design ( very specific very detailed markings ) or with the situation ( things like bondage ect ).
Ink, my fursona, is not applicable for sexual themes in commissions with some exceptions, but if you want a two character commission and are okay with me using my own character for the fill-in, let me know a preference! I don't charge for my own characters.
--TIME FRAME--
Commission work will not be started until full payment is received. After that, I generally work in a first come, first served order of business ( though there are some exceptions - a small and quick commission will not wait for a long, difficult commission, generally ). I do not work under deadlines. The only exception to this will be listed in the commission advertisement. Sometimes I'll take quick commissions where the turnaround will be within a few days, but these will be simple and will advertised as such. Because I don't want to accidentally go past a promised due date, I will not be supplying a due date. When it's finished, or the part being worked on is finished, it'll be sent your way. Commission tiers that involve progress shots generally take longer than those that do not and thus other commissions may be bumped ahead of you in that circumstance.

Most things, including dead dove content. If it's not in my no column I am probably okay with it, feel free to ask, no judgement here
--WILL NOT DRAW--
--Underage characters even if they are not active participants in NSFW scenes, this includes non-sexual NSFW scenes
--Most extremely unrealistic fetishes ( outside of the character design itself ). things like hyper, inflation, soft vore, ect. i prefer 'realism-adjacent'
--Toilet play outside of watersports, diaper fetishism
--Pregnancy or lactation or extreme belly bulges / things like that, a personal squick, sorry
--Multi-genitalia / hermaphrodite ( defined as "having it all". Transgender is NOT included in this, i'm fine with that )
--Feral characters that are 1 for 1 realistic animals. they must have SOME fantasy element and be clearly depicted as sapient
--Realistic animal genitalia, I won't be looking that up and am likely to simple it down even if its on your ref. I'm not a genitals focused artist
--IMPORTANT NOTES--
--You must be 18 years or older to commission me. By commissioning me you are claiming that you are. If I find out you are not, you will be blocked from future commissions and potentially reported to the platform admins ( in the case of 18+ content commissions )
--If you are commissioning a character that does not belong to you personally, make sure to have permission from the owner of the character to commission art of them. The artist is not responsible for contacting everyone involved in the commission, and thus, permissions are left up to you
--In the case of multiple commissioners, it is the responsibility of the original commissioner to keep in contact with everyone else involved. I will not individually email everyone involved with WIPs ect
--In the case of multiple people paying for the same picture, I would personally prefer if all funds were sent to one individual, and the individual pays off the invoice to make things easier, but I can also create multiple invoices. The picture will not be started until all involved parties have paid. Discussion amongst all interested parties is the responsibility of the main commissioner, as in, the commissioner involved in contact with the artist
--I do not accept payment plans. Wait until you can pay in full
--I am not your financial advisor. It is not my responsibility to ensure you aren't exceeding your budget
--I always draw as accurately to your species as possible regardless of how your reference image depicts the character, and this can sometimes end up with your character looking entirely different than other depictions of your character, please keep that in mind
--I reserve the right to upload commissioned art to my own personal gallery. The commissioner may upload their art to wherever they see fit and I do not require them to link back to me, so long as my signature is not removed on the picture. You CAN request an image to not be posted but that will cost a bonus of 50% the commission price.
--Editing my signature out for any reason is a violation of my TOS. As I keep it quite subtle there is no reason to ever do so. I will not give you a version of the image without a signature.
--REFUND POLICY--
--A full refund is ONLY available if work has not been started, with very few exceptions
--If work HAS been started, a refund will be supplied with a subtraction depending on how much work was done on the picture. I will be fair with this, and generally I will round down. ( Sketch 85%, linework 75%, flat colors 45%, shading 0%, as a general rule )
--In the event of a totally undesirable finished product, a refund can be issued on a case by case basis. Full refund is only acceptable on a commission tier that does not have the work in progress option, and only if the reason the product is undesirable is entirely my fault. An example of this is me somehow reading your form wrong and drawing the entirely wrong species, ect. If the reason the character was drawn incorrectly is your fault ( inaccurate reference, inadequate description, unclear request ect ), you do not qualify for a full refund, but I may refund you in part, depending on the circumstance
--Commission tiers that involve work in progress images do not qualify for a full refund
--Buyer's remorse will not qualify you for a full refund
--Your financial situation changing mid-commission will not qualify you for a full refund
--If a commission has been refunded, the commissioner withdraws any rights they have to that picture, even if it was not refunded in full. Any commissions refunded will be altered and re-sold as a 'your character here' style image
