Weekly Update! (2026-04-26) What May Come

Hello poxen!

It is the last week before Beltane, and as we’re wrapping up the season and heading into early summer (it hardly feels like spring even happened at this point!) we can look back and see that we’ve gotten some good work done!

We managed to get our taxes paid off without issue, and we’re slowly catching up on our back owe to the studio’s finances (the family pot, as it were), as well as making real progress on some of our projects! We’ve already gotten a few pages into VH Chapter 7, composition-wise, and I’m feeling quite energized about it! Hopefully I’ll have that to show off to all of you pretty soon!

The coming season is going to be more of the same. Keep taking new work, keep things compartmentalized, and keep the ball rolling. As long as we’re always working, but never overworking, and taking the time to take care of ourselves, then I’m sure it’ll work out.

We’ve caught up to our uploads, save for the stuff we’re holding back on intentionally for project reasons, so now we’ll continue building the site and start building up the gallery there. It’s going to be a bit of work, and we’ve got a lot of stuff to upload, but I’m sure it’ll go faster than we think it will.

And don’t you think I’ve forgotten about Clara, either! I’ve got stuff for her coming down the pipe, too, so stay tuned!

All and all, despite the state of things, I’m hopeful. As long as I’m able, I’ll be here throwing my work out there for y’all to see, and with enough persistence, and maybe a few lucky breaks, we’ll straighten things out and make some real palpable progress. That’s my hope for the next season, anyway. So join me there!
