So I guess this happens to people, and I'm one of them of course. A few days ago my parents visited, and while it's not normally a good visit, this one left me a bit further in a hole of depression than usual. In the next few days I'm going to post some sarcasm and junk that I've made over the years. I've found that just posting what I write here sometimes is healing in a way. This community is amazing, and I'm sorry if I haven't made that abundantly clear over the years. The reason the visit upset me so much is basically, my mother refused to hear how my wife and I met and fell in love. That I understand it, this is something that happens to a lot of folks, so with any luck, others who are down in this hole see what I'm posting and get a laugh. Cheers!
