I normally don't write stuff like this but I feel like it's important to bring to everyone's attention if you post stuff to FA. (For clarity's sake, FA = Furaffinity)

A little while back I started using Opera as my default web browser, mostly because it was mentioned in a Cartoonshi video as a sponsor. It seemed like a nice browser, and it is, but I noticed there's a problem with it in regards to uploading pictures to FA. Ever downloaded a picture from FA and noticed that the file looks something like; "1234567890.username_insert_name_here.png"?

That's because the name of the file is based on.
1• A unique 10 digit ID number given to each upload.
2• The username of the uploader. (which stays the same even if you change it)
3• The original name of the file prior to uploading it.

Unfortunately, as of this journal entry, when you upload a picture to FA using Opera, instead of the filename of an image appearing as say; "insert_name_here.png" it comes up as; 1094238756.png (this is just an example the actual number may vary.) this happens regardless of whether you're using normal mode or private mode (tabs). Personally, I like to be able to see what the original title of an image was. If you don't want this weird bug to happen to your uploads, consider trying a different web browser. I switched to Brave and that seemed to fix the problem, and if you have pics on FA like this, you can fix the filename by going to the submission and clicking/tapping "Update Source File". (providing you still have the original image file)
